We want to thank you; sales, customer service, repair, and delivery staff for excellent service. We purchased a kitchen table and bar stool set from Naturwood in October 2007. Our salesperson, Charles Kendrick was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He helped us select the set that was perfect for our home.

A few months after the table was delivered, we began to notice the top of the table was becoming clouded. This was odd because we had purchased a glass table top for the table.

I called Customer Service and they eventually arranged to have the table picked up, repaired, and re-delivered. We could not be happier with the result. The wood grains now stand out as they should. The same delivery crew handled the pickup and redelivery of the table, and they were professional, careful and cordial.

This type of customer service is a rare commodity these days and it gets rewarded by customer loyalty. It is something we will not forget and will share with our friends.

I have recently purchased a home here in Sacramento and of course my lovely wife wanted to fill the home with new furniture.

We went to several furniture stores in Sacramento and the surrounding area. We found several pieces of furniture that would go great in our home and purchased the items from three different home furnishing stores, American Furniture, The Room Source and Naturwood.

Our experience with Naturwood far exceeded that of the other two. From the time we stepped into Naturwood, a nice gentleman named Marty Neuhard helped us find exactly what we were looking for and at a price that couldn’t be beat. Marty then set up a time for the furniture to be delivered. The delivery department called a day before confirming the delivery time. They showed up on time, clean, nice and courteous. Of course my wife needed them to move around or adjust the furniture to just the right location. They did so happily and picked up after themselves on their way out.

I wish I could have said the same nice things about the other two home furnishing stores, but my momma told me that if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all.

I’m sure that you can tell by my letter that I will buy all of my home furnishings from Naturwood from here on out. I have already referred my neighbors.
